Le Steak-Frites à L’Oursin
At L’Oursin, we grill Washington hanger steaks over a mix of compressed Thai charcoal and local hardwood. Once the steak comes off the grill, we slice it for you and douse it with our luscious veal and peppercorn Au Poivre and Cognac sauce. On the side you will find peeled, soaked and blanched russet potatoes which are fried twice and tossed with chopped fines herbes for your pleasure.
